Install ZivoFees on your computer or phone

It opens from your Start menu, desktop or home screen like any other app, keeps working when the internet drops, and lets the bursar record fee payments offline — they upload by themselves later.

Its own window and icon — no hunting for the website or typing the address.

Works offline

Pages you've opened stay readable with no connection, with a note showing when they were saved.

Payments offline

Questions

Is it a different account?

No. It is the same ZivoFees — sign in with your usual email and password. Everything you do in the app is the same as on the website.

How does it update?

By itself. When we release an improvement, the app picks it up the next time it opens with a connection.

What works offline?

Pages you have opened before (dashboards, students, invoices, statements, report cards) open with no connection and show when they were saved. Changes are paused until you're back online — except fee payments, which school staff can record offline under Finance → “Record payment (works offline)”.

Are offline payments safe?

Yes. Each payment is saved on the device with its own code, so it is recorded exactly once even if the upload is repeated. The receipt number is issued — and the parent is notified — when it uploads.

What about a shared computer?

Signing out removes saved pages and the student list from the device. Payments that have not uploaded yet stay on the device and upload when the same person signs in again.

How much space and data does it use?

Very little — about the size of a few photos. Pages are only saved after you open them.
